Mofongo with fried pork

This is a puerto rican dish which I didn't really enjoy much.

Mashed green plantains with garlic and pork crackling formed into a bowl and then filled with fried pork, and topped with a thin strip of fried (or maybe that's baked... I dunno) plantain for decoration.
