Queen Anne at 1021 portage. I like this place, a lot. It comes with a rentable "Mother-in-law suite" over the "carriage house" (OK, I guess they can call it a carriage house since the house was built 9 years before Ford and only a couple of years after Olds) will help keep the costs down. It's a beautiful house and the inspection found only a few things needing to be corrected before someone could living in it (Though it desperately needs repainting in the back particularly and there's some lead paint on some of the outside trim on the upper levels -- that'll have to be taken care of before close).

So... I'm buying it. At least, as long as the fireplaces get brought into a working condition and the sellers get the paint and other issues taken care of.
