A house I looked at in South Bend's historic Edgewater district. Considered purchase, but there was just too much wrong with it, and Tim McKinnies was such a jerk in every email, and the realtor he "assigned" me was a complete flake... I just gave up on it, it wasn't worth all the bullshit.
