I'm not sure why the expert repair jobs on the windows here consist of paper towel, plastic bags, and cotton balls. One would think tape might be a better option. Anyway, this window will need to be replaced, and I'm not really sure why there's a door there, but I'm assuming it probably doesn't really need a knob that can hit the window. I think I may cover this window with plywood while moving furniture. I can see someone turning with something and smashing into it.
